100% Polypropylene – Superior Chemical Resistance
Unlike cellulose or wood‑pulp papers, PP is inert to most industrial solvents including IPA, acetone, mineral spirits, MEK, toluene, and many degreasers. The material will not break down, swell, or disintegrate when saturated with aggressive chemicals.
70 gsm – Strong and Lint‑Free
The spunbond or meltblown PP nonwoven structure provides excellent tensile strength, both dry and wet. It resists tearing even when soaked with solvent or oil. Very low linting makes it suitable for applications where fiber contamination is a concern (though not cleanroom grade).
High Oil Absorbency
Polypropylene is naturally oleophilic (oil‑attracting). It absorbs oils and hydrocarbons quickly – typically 250–300% of its own weight – while repelling water. Ideal for oil spill cleanup, parts degreasing, and wiping greasy surfaces.
Large Roll Format – 500 Sheets
Each roll contains 500 sheets, reducing roll change frequency. The 25×38 cm sheet size is versatile for both small parts and larger surface wiping. Compatible with standard industrial roll dispensers.
ISO 9001:2015 Certified
Produced in an ISO‑certified facility, each batch meets stringent quality standards for basis weight, tensile strength, absorbency, and cleanliness. Batch traceability is available.
12‑Month Shelf Life
When stored in original packaging under recommended conditions (cool, dry, away from UV and high heat), the product retains its performance for 12 months from the production date printed on the bag.
Complies with GB/T 9263-2008
This national standard specifies the test method for oil absorbency of absorbent materials. The product meets the required performance levels for industrial oil absorption applications.

| Test Parameter | Test Method | Typical Value | Remark |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basis weight | ISO 536 | 70 ± 5 g/m² | Consistent |
| Thickness | ASTM D1777 | 0.28 – 0.35 mm | Medium gauge |
| Dry tensile strength (MD) | ASTM D5035 | ≥ 25 N/5cm | Good strength |
| Wet tensile strength (in IPA) | In‑house (immersion) | ≥ 20 N/5cm | Retains strength in solvent |
| Oil absorbency (mineral oil) | GB/T 9263-2008 | ≥ 250% of self weight | High oil pickup |
| Water absorbency | In‑house gravimetric | ≤ 10% of self weight | Hydrophobic (repels water) |
| Lint release (dry rubbing) | In‑house (tape lift) | ≤ 0.02% | Very low linting |
| Chemical resistance (solvents) | Visual & strength after 1h | Pass (no disintegration) | IPA, acetone, mineral spirits, MEK, toluene |
| Storage stability (12 months) | In‑house accelerated aging | Maintains ≥90% of original tensile and absorbency | 12‑month shelf life confirmed |
Dispensing : Use a center‑pull roll dispenser or wall‑mounted roll holder. For center‑pull rolls, pull the first sheet from the center core. Tear sheets along perforations or use a dispenser cutting edge.
Wiping Technique : For oil spills – lay sheet flat to absorb then wipe. For degreasing – saturate with solvent and wipe in overlapping strokes. For heavy grease, fold the sheet to use a fresh surface.
Disposal : Used PP wipers can be disposed of as industrial non‑hazardous waste (check local regulations). Do not flush. PP is recyclable in some industrial waste streams.
Storage : Store in original sealed packaging in a cool, dry place (10–30°C, <70% RH). Keep away from UV light, direct sunlight, and high heat (>50°C). PP is UV‑sensitive; prolonged exposure may cause embrittlement. Observe the 12‑month shelf life – use oldest stock first (FIFO).
Our clients from semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace industries trust our cleanroom wipers for consistent performance, high absorption, and low particle generation. Here’s what they have to say.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
