1. Anti‑static cleanroom cloth
The cloth is knitted from polyester or microfiber with carbon conductive fibers embedded. This provides:
Surface resistance: 1×10⁶ – 1×10⁹ Ω (ANSI/ESD STM11.11)
Low particle shedding: ≤300 particles/m² for ≥0.5μm (IEST‑RP‑CC004.4)
High absorbency: >20 g/g (for microfiber version)
Launderable: up to 100 washes (ESD performance maintained)
2. Stainless steel pole
304 stainless steel offers:
Non‑corrosive – safe for cleanroom disinfectants
Smooth surface – no particle traps
Electrically conductive – can be grounded via operator or floor
Easy to clean with IPA or detergent
3. ESD continuity path
When the operator holds the stainless steel pole and stands on a conductive floor (or wears an ESD wrist strap), static charge can drain from the cloth through the pole to ground. This prevents triboelectric charging during wiping.
