1. Double‑layer zipper closure
The bag uses a two‑layer closure system:
Inner zipper seals the main compartment.
Outer zipper or flap provides additional security.
This design prevents accidental opening and reduces static discharge risk.
2. Double pockets
Two separate pockets allow users to organize components, tools, or paperwork. For example:
Main pocket for PCBs or large components.
Secondary pocket for screws, jumpers, or documents.
Pockets are integrated into the bag design (not removable).
3. Blue and white color
High contrast colors make the bag visible in crowded workbenches. Light color also reveals dirt or contamination for cleaning.
Anti‑static material properties
Tested per ANSI/ESD STM11.11 (point‑to‑point resistance, 10V, 10 seconds):
| Condition | Resistance (Ω) | Pass/fail (10⁶–10⁹) |
|---|---|---|
| New, clean surface | 3.5 × 10⁷ | Pass |
| After 100 wipes with IPA | 4.2 × 10⁷ | Pass |
| After 6 months daily use | 5.8 × 10⁷ | Pass |
Thickness and durability
The bag is made from 0.1 to 0.3 mm thick film (depending on size). Tensile strength >15 MPa. Resists tearing and punctures under normal use.
| Size (approx) | Use | Pocket configuration |
|---|---|---|
| 15 × 20 cm | Small components, ICs | One main pocket + one small pocket |
| 25 × 30 cm | PCBs, hard drives | Two equal pockets |
| 35 × 45 cm | Larger assemblies | Main pocket + two small pockets |
Our clients from semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace industries trust our cleanroom wipers for consistent performance, high absorption, and low particle generation. Here’s what they have to say.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
