1. Anti‑static performance
The bristles are compounded with conductive carbon or use conductive fibers to ensure static dissipation. Tested per ANSI/ESD STM11.11 (surface resistance from bristle tip to handle):
| Brush type | Resistance (Ω) | Pass/fail (10⁶ – 10¹¹) |
|---|---|---|
| Carbon‑filled nylon | 3.5 × 10⁸ | Pass |
| Conductive polyester | 1.2 × 10⁹ | Pass |
| Stainless steel handle + carbon bristle | 8.5 × 10⁶ | Pass |
2. Wear resistance
Bristles retain their stiffness and shape after extensive use. Accelerated wear test (brushing against abrasive surface, 10,000 cycles):
| Measurement | Before test | After 10,000 cycles |
|---|---|---|
| Bristle length loss | 0 mm | <0.5 mm |
| Particle generation (≥0.5μm) | 120 particles/cm² | 180 particles/cm² |
3. High temperature resistance
Unlike standard nylon (melts at ~220°C) or polypropylene (~160°C), these bristles are formulated to withstand up to 120°C continuously and brief exposure to 150°C without softening or deforming. Suitable for cleaning near hot plates, reflow ovens, and curing equipment.
4. Complete specifications – select the right brush for your task
| Brush head shape | Bristle length (mm) | Typical application |
|---|---|---|
| Flat rectangular | 15–25 | PCB surface cleaning, removing flux residue |
| Round cylindrical | 10–15 | Cleaning inside connectors, small holes |
| Angled (45°) | 20 | Cleaning under components, tight corners |
| Pointed tapered | 10 | Precision dusting of SMT pads |
| Fan shape | 25 | Wide area dusting, optical surfaces |
Our clients from semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace industries trust our cleanroom wipers for consistent performance, high absorption, and low particle generation. Here’s what they have to say.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
