Inherent antistatic carbon fiber blend
The carbon fiber is knitted directly into the liner. This provides permanent static control that does not wash off. Surface resistance remains stable through repeated laundering.
Surface resistance test results (ANSI/ESD STM11.11)
| Condition | Resistance (ohms) | Pass/Fail (10^6 to 10^9) |
|---|---|---|
| New | 2.8 x 10^7 | Pass |
| After 10 washes | 4.1 x 10^7 | Pass |
| After 20 washes | 7.2 x 10^7 | Pass |
| After 30 washes | 1.6 x 10^8 | Pass marginal |
PU palm coating
Provides secure grip on dry smooth surfaces. Grip coefficient on PCB measured at 0.72. Abrasion resistance exceeds 8000 cycles Martindale. The uncoated back allows breathability reducing sweaty palms.
Particle shedding (IEST RP CC005.4 liquid particle count)
| Particle size | Particles per glove (typical) |
|---|---|
| 0.5 micron and larger | 1200 to 1500 |
| 5 micron and larger | 120 to 180 |
These gloves are clean enough for ISO 7 to ISO 8 cleanroom support areas.
| Size | Palm width mm | Hand length mm | Recommended for |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 70 to 85 | 160 to 175 | Small female hands |
| M | 85 to 100 | 175 to 190 | Average adult |
| L | 100 to 115 | 190 to 205 | Large adult |
| XL | 115 to 125 | 205 to 215 | Extra large |
Fit note The carbon fiber liner has less stretch than cotton gloves. Choose one size larger if between sizes.
| Industry | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Electronics assembly | PCB handling component placement |
| Semiconductor | Wafer handling non critical areas |
| SMT | Pick and place inspection rework |
| Automotive electronics | Harness assembly connector insertion |
| Laboratory | Non hazardous sample handling |
| Cleanroom support | ISO 7 to ISO 8 gowning areas material transfer |

| Step | Instruction |
|---|---|
| 1 | Hand wash or machine wash cold 30 degrees Celsius max |
| 2 | Use mild detergent no fabric softener no bleach |
| 3 | Rinse thoroughly |
| 4 | Air dry or tumble dry low below 40 degrees Celsius |
| 5 | Do not iron or dry clean |
Expected life 3 to 6 months with weekly washing. Replace when holes thinning or loss of grip appear.
Our clients from semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace industries trust our cleanroom wipers for consistent performance, high absorption, and low particle generation. Here’s what they have to say.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
