56 GSM – The “Just Right” Weight
At 56 gsm, the Wip-0609 is significantly stronger than 35–40 gsm economy wipes, resisting tearing during normal use. Yet it is lighter and more cost‑effective than heavy 70–90 gsm products. It handles both dry dusting and damp cleaning with water, IPA, or mild detergents.
20×20 cm Square Format
The medium‑sized square is versatile – large enough to wipe a workbench or a machine panel, yet small enough to avoid excessive waste on smaller tasks. The size fits standard wipe dispensers.
Low Lint & Residue
Manufactured using controlled fiber bonding, the Wip-0609 sheds minimal lint and leaves no visible streaks or fibers on cleaned surfaces. Suitable for pre‑assembly cleaning and general surface preparation.
Good Liquid Absorbency
The 56 gsm construction provides ample void volume for holding water, water‑based solutions, and light oils. Rapid wicking action pulls spills into the wipe, preventing immediate dripping.
High‑Volume Carton – 50 Packs (5,000 Wipes)
Each carton contains 50 individually wrapped packs of 100 wipes. This bulk format reduces packaging waste and per‑wipe cost. Distributing individual packs to multiple workstations keeps the remaining wipes clean and protected.
Economical for Daily Use
The combination of moderate weight and high‑volume packaging makes the Wip-0609 one of the most cost‑effective options for facilities that go through hundreds of wipes per day.

| Test Parameter | Test Method | Typical Value | Remark |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basis weight | ISO 536 | 56 ± 3 g/m² | Consistent mid‑weight |
| Thickness | ISO 534 | 135 ± 15 µm | Moderate thickness |
| Dry tensile strength (MD) | ISO 1924-2 | ≥ 2.2 kN/m | Good tear resistance |
| Wet tensile strength (water) | ISO 3781 | ≥ 0.5 kN/m | Holds up when damp |
| Water absorbency (immersion) | In‑house gravimetric | ≥ 320% of self weight | High liquid capacity |
| Oil absorbency (mineral oil) | In‑house | ≥ 140% of self weight | Effective for light oils |
| Surface pH | Cold extract | 6.2 – 7.5 | Neutral, safe for metals |
| Lint release (dry rubbing) | In‑house tape lift | Low (≤ 0.06%) | Acceptable for general precision work |
| Wicking speed (water, 10 mm) | Vertical wick | ≤ 5 seconds | Fast liquid uptake |
Dispensing : Remove one pack from the carton. Open the pack at the designated tear line. Take wipes one at a time. If not using all wipes at once, reseal the pack with a clip or adhesive label to prevent contamination.
Wiping Technique : For dry dusting, use a gentle folding motion to trap dust. For spills, lay the wipe flat to absorb, then wipe in one direction. For degreasing, lightly dampen with IPA or a compatible solvent.
Disposal : Dispose of used wipes in general industrial waste (check local regulations). Do not flush. If heavily contaminated with solvents, follow hazardous waste guidelines.
Storage : Store unopened packs in the original carton in a cool, dry place (10–30°C, <70% RH). Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Shelf life: 12 months from production date.
Our clients from semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace industries trust our cleanroom wipers for consistent performance, high absorption, and low particle generation. Here’s what they have to say.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
