1. Ultra‑lightweight and economical
PE gloves are the lowest cost disposable glove option. Typical weight per glove: 2 – 3 grams. This makes them ideal for tasks where gloves are changed frequently (e.g., food service where a new pair is used per customer).
2. Food safe
The gloves meet FDA requirements for direct food contact. They are BPA‑free and phthalate‑free. No powder or latex that could contaminate food.
3. One size fits most
Designed to fit average adult hands (palm width 80 – 100 mm). For smaller or larger hands, the loose fit may not be ideal, but the material stretches slightly.
4. Basic barrier protection
PE gloves protect against:
Dirt and grime
Light water‑based liquids (short contact)
Food oils and grease (limited)
Paints and dyes (but not solvents)
Not suitable for: Solvents (acetone, IPA, alcohol), strong acids/bases, high heat (>50°C), sharp objects (puncture resistance is low).

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
