Bupclean® polyester cotton blend gloves, 35% cotton for comfort and absorbency. 20g per pair, 10 pairs/dozen. Ideal for general handling, inspection, and cleanroom support areas. Reusable.
We are committed to delivering five‑star service across every product we offer — from responsive support to reliable delivery and beyond. Your satisfaction is our benchmark.

The Bupclean® Polyester Cotton Blend Gloves (Model BN.23120014) are knitted from a 35% cotton / 65% polyester blend. The cotton adds softness, moisture absorbency, and comfort, while the polyester provides durability and low linting. These lightweight (20g per pair) gloves are ideal for general assembly, inspection, packaging, and cleanroom support areas (ISO 7–ISO 8) where hand protection and cleanliness are needed without the bulk of heavy work gloves.

1. 35% cotton blend – comfort and absorbency
The cotton content provides:
Soft feel against skin – reduces irritation during long wear
Moisture absorption – wicks away hand perspiration (cotton absorbency approx. 8–10% of its weight)
Reduced static generation (cotton is less static‑prone than pure polyester)
2. 20g per pair – lightweight and dexterous
At only 20g per pair, these gloves are lighter than standard cotton work gloves (typically 30–40g/pair). Operators retain excellent tactile sensitivity for small parts handling.
3. Low linting (for a textile glove)
While not as low as cleanroom nitrile gloves, the polyester‑cotton blend sheds fewer fibers than 100% cotton. Typical particle generation (tested via Helmke drum):
| Particle size | Particles per glove (≥0.5μm) | ISO 7 typical limit for support area |
|---|---|---|
| ≥0.5μm | 8,000 – 12,000 | Not strictly controlled – for reference |
| ≥5μm | 600 – 900 | – |
Note: These gloves are not certified for ISO 5 cleanrooms but are acceptable for gowning areas, material receiving, and low‑risk zones.
Our clients from semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aerospace industries trust our cleanroom wipers for consistent performance, high absorption, and low particle generation. Here’s what they have to say.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
