Key Features & Real Data

1. Anti‑static cleanroom cloth
The cloth is knitted from polyester or microfiber with embedded carbon conductive fibers. This provides permanent static dissipation – not a topical coating that washes off.

Cloth typeSurface resistance (Ω)Particle shedding (≥0.5μm/m²)Absorbency (g/g)
Polyester (standard)3×10⁷≤28015‑18
Microfiber (premium)2×10⁷≤18022‑25

2. Stainless steel pole (304 grade)
304 stainless steel offers:

  • Non‑corrosive – safe for cleanroom disinfectants (IPA, hydrogen peroxide)

  • Smooth surface – no particle traps, easy to wipe clean

  • Electrically conductive – when grounded, provides ESD continuity from cloth to operator

  • High strength – supports firm wiping pressure without bending

3. All sizes in stock – no waiting

 ESD continuity path
When the operator holds the stainless steel pole and stands on a conductive floor (or wears an ESD wrist strap), static charge can drain from the cloth through the pole to ground. This prevents triboelectric charging during wiping. Tested resistance from cloth to pole end:

How to Use

Step 1 Attach the cloth to the pole using Velcro or clamp system.
Step 2 For wet cleaning, moisten the cloth with IPA, DI water, or cleanroom detergent (do not soak).
Step 3 Wipe target surface using straight overlapping strokes. Do not use circular motion.
Step 4 After use, remove cloth and launder according to instructions. Wipe pole with IPA and cleanroom wipe.

Care and Maintenance
ComponentInstruction
ClothMachine wash cold (30°C) with mild detergent. No fabric softener, no bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry. Replace when frayed or resistance >10⁹ Ω.
PoleWipe with IPA after each shift. Inspect for scratches or corrosion. Store vertically or horizontally in clean area.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
