We are committed to delivering five‑star service across every product we offer — from responsive support to reliable delivery and beyond. Your satisfaction is our benchmark.

The BN-201 open‑cell polyurethane foam cleanroom swab is engineered for applications requiring high solvent retention and gentle mechanical action. Unlike knitted polyester swabs that rely on fiber entrapment, the BN-201 uses a 100 pores‑per‑inch (PPI) open‑cell polyurethane foam head that absorbs and releases liquids efficiently, making it the preferred choice for applying or removing solvents such as IPA, acetone, or deionized water on sensitive surfaces.

The foam head is thermally bonded to a white virgin polypropylene handle – no adhesives are used, eliminating extractable contamination. The open‑cell structure provides excellent wicking action and can hold approximately 1.5 mL of liquid per swab (typical IPA absorption). The foam is soft and non‑abrasive, suitable for cleaning delicate optical coatings, read/write heads, and electronic assemblies.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
