1. Dust‑free cloth head – low particle shedding
The head is made from the same knitted polyester or microfiber used in high‑performance cleanroom wipers. No loose fibers, no adhesive contamination.

2. Thermally bonded – no adhesives
Unlike cheap swabs that use glue to attach the head, BN.27011005 uses thermal or ultrasonic bonding. This eliminates adhesive bleed (which can leave residue) and provides a stronger bond.
