Lightweight ESD lab coat with 4mm ground snap, snap front closure, and 2 lower pockets. Surface resistance 1×10⁶ – 1×10⁸ Ω. Not for cleanrooms. Sizes S–3XL.
We are committed to delivering five‑star service across every product we offer — from responsive support to reliable delivery and beyond. Your satisfaction is our benchmark.

This ESD lab coat is a lighter alternative to full smocks or coveralls. It is designed for general electronics assembly, R&D labs, test floors, and field service where cleanroom ISO classification is not required but static control is still necessary.
The coat is made from static‑dissipative polyester fabric without a visible carbon grid, offering a more professional appearance while providing surface resistance in the ESD‑safe range (1×10⁶ – 1×10⁸ Ω). A 4mm snap tab on the chest allows grounding via a wrist strap cord or workstation ground.
Best for: R&D labs, quality control stations, field service technicians, low‑volume assembly, and areas where a full smock is too heavy or warm.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Fabric composition | 100% polyester with dissipative finish |
| Surface resistance (outer) | 1×10⁶ – 1×10⁸ Ω (point‑to‑point) |
| Snap grounding tab | 4 mm nickel‑plated brass snap, chest |
| Closure | Snap front (5 snaps) |
| Collar | Lapel / shirt collar |
| Cuffs | Hemmed (no elastic) |
| Pockets | Two lower patch pockets, one chest pocket |
| Cleanroom compatible | No (sheds particles – not tested for ISO) |
| Laundry cycles | 50+ washes (performance may degrade after 50) |
| Available sizes | S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL |
| Color | White, navy, grey |
| Standards | ANSI/ESD STM2.1 |

| Condition | Surface resistance (Ω) |
|---|---|
| New (unwashed) | 3.5×10⁶ – 6.2×10⁶ |
| After 25 washes (no softener) | 7.8×10⁶ – 1.5×10⁷ |
| After 50 washes (no softener) | 2.1×10⁷ – 5.0×10⁷ |
Note: The dissipative finish wears off faster than grid fabric. For daily use and weekly washing, replace the coat every 12–18 months.

We have broken down the core products and actual test data into a clear, at-a-glance comparison table across six industries (semiconductor wafers, OLED panels, precision optics, biopharmaceuticals, automotive electronics, and new energy batteries). The table includes the wiper or cleanroom consumable model for each industry, key physical parameters (particle shedding, water absorbency, ionic residues, etc.), and applicable compliance standards (SEMI, GMP, IATF 16949, ISO 10993, etc.)
